are difficult to place. Loan amounts must range from $3M to
$10M. We are currently lending in CA, CO and HI. Reasonable
compensation plans are offered.

existing high net worth clients in Beverly Hills, Maui, Hawaii
and Rancho Santa Fe, CA. By providing construction and developer
financing to key individuals and companies, we are often
provided with unique opportunities to invest in ground level
residential and commercial real estate offerings. These business
opportunities typically occur prior to release of information to
the general public.
CMA's ability to engage in
these investment properties throughout California and Hawaii
have opened the door to some fantastic business ventures.
Typically, CMA will also invest it's own funds in these
investments based on our confidence in the projects we
recommend.
